   I recently had an MRI at Lyca Health, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Razel, who conducted the procedure, was incredibly professional and attentive. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, addressing all my concerns with kindness. Razel explained the entire process clearly, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had about the MRI. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.    I came for an MRI and ultrasound All the clinicians were absolutely amazing! From reception to the specialists to the clinicians. The ladies doing my MRI were as gentle and sweet as ever, they explained everything and ensured I was okay throughout. I then had an ultrasound with a lovely lady and a clinician present were so calming, talked throughout and so so kind. What a wonderful patient experience from start to finish. Thank you all

   I recently visited Lyca Clinic for a mole check, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The dermatologist took the time to thoroughly examine the mole, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. The removal procedure was quick, comfortable, and handled with great care. The team made sure I felt at ease throughout, and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything healed beautifully, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Overall, Lyca Clinic provided exceptional service from start to finish. I felt safe, informed, and well cared for.

   It was a great experience at Lyca Health Canary Wharf. From the appointment booked swiftly to having the MRI done, the staff were quite friendly and accommodating especially Razel who was fantastic. Friendly smiling faces made the difficult scan much better. David was also extremely helpful in organising the appointment at short notice. It is a nice clean place with good facilities. Grateful to Dr Sivaraman, consultant spinal surgeon for his expert assessment and thoughtful advice. Highly recommended.

My radiologist, Razel, was exceptional. She was very warm and professional, explaining every single step in detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable.    Dr. Vik Vasishta is incredible. Not only he has taken great care of my health but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, profound knowledge and ample experience. I know when I come in to see Dr. Vik Vasishta he is already reviewed the reason for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed and he always asks if I have any other questions. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Vik Vasishta patient

   Avoid Lyca health CW if possible. I received a call while I was already heading to my appointment that Dr. Luxmi would be 30min late due to traffic. So I arrived slightly earlier in case. When I arrived, there were other patients waiting to see her as well and I waited another 50min without any apology or communication. I didn’t see the Dr. until an hour and a half after my initial appointment was scheduled only after I flagged her down. I’d been waiting for an hour and she nearly called in yet another patient before me. She wasn’t aware and I was the first patient she was meant to see! What a major f up. I’m not happy with this. Patients are fined if they are late! This is extremely unprofessional for a private practice and will be looking for a Gynaecologist elsewhere.
