Rejected claims from private healthcare with no real justification, and non supportive for any explanation as to why. Basically states that they will only cover acute illness and disease... So you must be dying before they allow you to claim on private healthcare. What am I paying every month for if this is the attitude. Appalling service. Do not use!
After cancelling my policy, I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone (located in South Africa) who told me in an abrupt tone that I won’t be receiving any outstanding monies owed to me, despite there being a further 6 months left on my policy that I initially paid annually .. then she was rude to me afterwards with her comments. Never again will I go with Aviva!
Aviva home insurance not worth £130 per month don't cover nothing ask for more money when need to claim and not only that think there was charging me too much for a small two bed terrace kept calling my house the vicarage with coach shed i don't even own a vicarage or coach shed when I asked there denied and said my monthly fee was correct I now pay 30 a month with admiral big difference avoid aviva
Absolutely zero customer support. Dismissive and generally unhelpful. Soon to be changing my life and health insurance policies on the back of this. I wouldn't want a widowed partner having to put up with such an experience in a time of need.
Health Insurance - shocking service, taking over an hour to speak to someone and then get disconnected, no information provided how to raise a claim. If your health insurance is up for renewal and you are going through a claim prepared to pay another excess even though you already have. They offer you the worst hospital.
