The staff are all SO kind and extremely proactive, always going above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I have whether that is on a tricky client case on a support call or with shipment enquiries (plus awesome conferences). As partnership manager, Alex has been incredibly supportive and has really helped me build strong relationships with partner GPs. Practitioner support is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely collaborative, and the overall service – from test ordering to turnaround times and reporting – has been consistently reliable.    Extremely disappointing, and increasingly so. Unfortunately not any real alternatives. Hopefully someone will take this as a good business opportunity because there is a clear gap in the UK market for a reliable int'l lab hub providing reliable service with an accessible, useful software interface....unfortunately, this is not it. They used to be... not sure what happened. Many of the team are just great, but unfortunately the infrastructure and systems are not supporting them.

   I am so glad I chose Regenerus Lab for the Hair Analysis! They are 2000% reliable. Guys, you have been truly fantastic. It was an emergency because of lead exposure, I was devastated. Regenerus Lab has been outstanding from start to finish. I received the kit 24 hours after ordering it, I sent it back the next day with the DHL label they provided, and today (9 days later) I received the results. The customer service was exceptional, 1000 thanks to Susan, she is absolutely phenomenal, she replies to emails within minutes and sent me the results per email as soon as Regenerus Lab received them. I am forever grateful. Your help, your speed, your efficiency and your kindness will remain engraved in my memory and in my heart. Thank you for everything.

   Made an error and didn't post my test out all week, didn't reply to email and when I called was told it would take another 3-4 days. I asked for a faster service to compensate for it being so late, I was told no. Poor customer service.

   A great range of tests. BUT appallingly so results service and sometimes completed tests are "lost". Ordered Melatonin tests as a matter or urgency. I have possible pituitary and pineal disease. Test kit arrived promptly. I completed it the next day and posted promptly. Then it took EIGHT weeks to gett he results. EIGHT LONG USELESS weeks, in which no treatment was possible. This is a saliva test, people, that takes a few moments for the Lab to process. Was emailing Regenerus weekly, but being fobbed off over and over. Another time I ordered a neurotransmitter test for my daughter. Complicated to perform on a small child as multiple and precise samples needed to be taken up front. Filled in complicated paperwork and posted correctly and packaged as instructed. Test was "lost". We never received the result. And I have had no luck getting a replacement kit, so far. Regenus is a great and useful idea. Invaluable as a way to get many functional medicine tests. But they need MORE people making sure RESULTS FOLLOW THROUGH once tests ordered and paid for.

   Superb experience overall. I have booked a test as a private patient. It was easy to perform the test, instructions were clear and the results were emailed back to me. Customer service is beyond great: all my queries were solved very swiftly. I appreciate that so much. Thank you ever so much, team, I'll definitely use the lab again!    I ordered the Complete DUTCH test that has to be done within a window of 3 days so I paid for a next day delivery, meaning that the test should have been with me on Wednesday the latest. It is Thursday today and the test hasn’t even left the lab yet. Even though I have been refunded with the money I paid for the delivery, these things should be treated more carefully with tests such as the DUTCH. Now I have to wait for a whole month to have my test done and I also have to wait for an extra month to have my health issues sort it. If you are in a hurry to have a DUTCH test done, I don’t recommend Regenerus Labs
