   waited 18 months to even be acknowledged by the system, a further 4-5 months to receive an appointment. Initial appt went well… but was passed onto another Dr who left me feeling useless. He met all of my concerns with generic advice, was combative and wouldn’t listen to me or allow me to properly outline the problem & gaslit my experiences. after many bad experiences with dermatologists, lots of conflicting and/or bad advice that have caused chronic issues today, and a near two year wait… I was expecting at least a fraction of patience to let me outline my issues… but no

   Best hospital to go to in the county tbh. Beats Wycombe and Stoke any day of the week. Went for an X-ray and arrived half an hour early and they fit me in straight away - very accommodating! In and out in 10 minutes. Also have been very accommodating throughout last year when my Grandmother was there after a bad fall. Definitely recommend.

   The dermatology appointments in this hospital is a joke! I've got major MRSA! Infection on my head scalp, with major pain and it's been 1 year and they keep making me come in for appointments to speak to me about things I already know without any action. They keep trying anti biotic without any direction and I've recently went in for an appointment to be told that they can't do autopsy and someone will call me in two days but I've not heard anything since. I'm always leaving emails and voicemails to get things sorted but it feels like they don't care at all.

   Really lovely hospital. The first time I had ever visited and a lovely volunteer had clearly noticed I was looking a bit lost and they kindly took me all the way to the section of the hospital I needed to be - so helpful! The podiatry section I visited was such a calm, clean and bright environment and the staff member who seen me was also wonderful. A really brilliant hospital.

   Carparks are way too small and charge too much. Completely unfair system as you have no choice but to go to a hospital to receive treatment.

   The hospital is great, people friendly and treatment quick and efficient. However the system and phone numbers are a complete impenetrable mess with Bucks Health care giving a non functional number to contact for a simple X-ray referral. The main Amersham hospital robot answering system just transfers to 'X-ray' dept which doesn't take calls. Calling Amersham 'appointments' is apparently just for outpatients but the gave a number for 'Radiology' but that number is obsolete and just a recorded message giving the real number. Calling that number it's always ben busy so far but I'll get through eventually. Hopefully.
