Burgers was solid and chewy!! Waste of money!! There food quality was crap!! It's was good before!! Now serve hours old food!. And think you will like it!! Not fresh at all!! Should be ashamed of themselves selling crap like that!! But they don't give a crap.
I order from here a few times it ain't always the best but can sometimes but really good but they have took the piss this time I make a order at 6 30 and been waiting for 2 hours and no one answering the phone and tried calling and texting but not answering and then turns phone off but then it says its open. So it can take your money and not get your item really not happy
Hygiene is shocking ordered chocolate brownie. Chocolate sponge cake came with a little bit of mould to top it off with some cookies that smelt of off milk. Mom called to make complaint lady doesn't understand what we ment by mould or saying food is not fresh.
Ordered food late and never even turned up. No phone call even though the deliveroo tracker said he was in the street. Absolute joke did not even bother to deliver it probably taken it home. Bunch of clowns
There is a new member of staff here gets things wrong so much. Generally the food is excellent but a previous visit not so good but normally the food is good. We are here every week. Just a shame that the girl who worked on the day we went always got it right but does not work as often so we have to watch that our food is done correct. Still using plastic bags despite having paper bags there.
Been waiting 3 hours,,,told 45 mins ago our food had left the store and still not here,,,the staff are liars and they take the phone off the hook so you can't phone and complain....I wouldn't order from here again...its a joke
It was so good the chicken wrap was salted and saused with my favourite topping and grilled it was very good
I love the ribs they do here but the last 2 or 3 times I've been they have really sold me short. Instead of getting 5 meaty ribs, I got 5 short off cuts with next to no meat on them at all. Just the sauce. When they do this it is very poor value for money. See my photo. No way is that a reasonable portion especially when compared to what I've had from there before.
