   Edit - I’m unsure if you can see the photo I’ve attached but I don’t appreciate the tone of your response. It specifically says you have cancelled my policy - “either by instruction from your service provider or due to non payment”. Con. Good job I’ve checked my policy on the premium credit site BEFORE having any accidents. They’ve cancelled with absolutely no explanation or refund of the 10 monthly payments I’ve made in full on time every month.

   Absolute con. Takes your money. Goes through the whole process. Enter all your card details. You think your covered then they call you few days later and tell you your car isn't covered. Guy called me extremely rude. Didn't care whatsoever. Small firm with no care whatsoever for customers. Just want to fob you off. I am. Now I have to even wait for the money to come back on my card. Absolute scam. I am making a complaint with the relevant FCA. They shouldn't be selling these products to consumers if they cannot cover you. My advice stay away.
