Most of staff unfriendly especially if you have a parcel to drop off or collect. Parcels left on floor in shop which is both a breach of personal data and health and safety issue
Poor service, unfriendly staff, always rolling eyes when seeing people with parcels (myself being an regular customer). The opening hours were changed for a couple of times and not matching with the public one I found on the website. And multiple times "out of order"
Staff here are great! Jaqui Donna Ang and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. People need to understand the difference between inpost evri and yodel. The staff are not directly responsible for the evri label machine, when it breaks down they report it and then have to wait for it to be fixed. When you go in you will see how inundated they are with parcels and packages. I love this facility because its close to home but do understand how time consuming it is for staff, especially when they have to trawl through mountains of parcels trying to find your items. 2.3 stars is not a fair rating, especially when a lot of it is based on courier company failures to collect and deliver on time.
Zero Star!!! Waste of time!! Evey website says they can print label for you, but the woman at the store said they can't.
Evri has received my parcel on Monday already. It’s Friday. I’m still waiting. No communication after they said it’s delayed. How can a parcel be delayed an entire week. Come on!!!! Do better. Doncastor delivery.
