   Advertises as Hermes ‘packageless’ only to be ridiculed by staff for trying to return an item without packaging it. All guidance said to bring item without packaging it as staff will do that but no one told the rude staff in the shop who will send you away to package your item. Will never visit this shop again.

   Usually good, especially our usual driver, but the weekend ones are useless foreign liars!! Don’t even attempt to deliver!! And can’t complain to Hermes because there is no tel number!!

   Currier knocked on my door, I came to the window and he was instantly returning to his car and drove straight off. Didn't wait for me to answer he decided to just go although I was shouting him. Will specifically avoid all transactions that involve Hermes in the future.
