Avoid this company. You’re always a few payslips behind because they withhold part of your earnings when you decide to leave. While you can recover your money through an online small claims court, it's a long process. It’s better to choose a legitimate company that pays on time without unreasonable deductions. Always check the reviews!!!
Been with the company HR for over 2 years, met some amazing drivers that really go above and beyond. Light and causal working community. Work with a multi ethnic and diversity of people. I would say a con is some of the procedures in place for drivers who leave. It’s frustrating for both me and the individual. With me knowing many of the people who left bad reviews, a fair few of them have returned to work with DTT again so it does leave me puzzled at times. My suggestion is to thoroughly read all contracts before signing documents, ask as many questions that you can on induction or to info, be present for your on and off hire (if you hire a van) and to check invoices are correct before the date of payment.
Worked for this company for 10 weeks helped them out a lot over Christmas period then get told have to leave as depot didn’t want the company there anymore. Took two weeks money as they charged me for things wrong with a van that I never done so worked two weeks for free. Nobody helps when you message to find anything out
What ever you do DO NOT work for this company they are scam and try to take advantage of everybody they employ you aren’t staff your a number! All you have to do is read the other reviews not just a coincidence! Myself and many others wages have been held and also van deposit of £500 not given back. Management constantly lie to you to keep you sweet there is no communication at all! Please stay clear!

I did 2 days training and one day ride along and they refused to pay me .Onenof their senior staff called Catalonywont respond to my messages for my money to be paid.Awful and cheating lot
AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Wow where do I start with this unbelievably corrupt company. With holding payments, and adding charges onto your invoices is just the start. No communication and management pass you from pillar to post to stop you speaking to anyone. This outfit is borderline criminal and totally unethical. To top it all off most of the positive reviews are from the management! Avoid, avoid, avoid

I just had to say how absolutely amazing this company's staff are. I'm just a customer that they had a delivery for, but they dealt with an issue that occurred and went above and beyond in order to rectify the problem.
