   They called me, unsolicited, 8 times on Friday 5th of December, every hour from 9am until 4pm. Fortunately I have a Google Assistant who screens the calls. I've no idea where they got my number from, but I've never contacted them or requested a quote before. They are now blocked, so hopefully won't bother me again.

   I have been a customer of Usaycompare for nearly 3 years. I have been happy until I needed to make a claim. My advise is check your insurance policy all the small print do not assume they have your best interests at heart. I have been sold a policy which is worth the paper it is written on.

   Reply: The problem was that you tried to make me speak to someone I hadn't spoken to before even after I spoke to someone else, so not sure what you mean with your reply? Original: Even if your assigned advisor that you have never spoken to about your policy is unavailable every time you call they won't let you speak to anyone else, then auto renew your old policy even after you have managed to speak to someone else and are almost done with changing insurance provider

   Heavy sell phone service. I cancelled my Arriva" health" policy direct debit 1 month before its end.September 15th. When Usay phoned,I told them I was buying house and WOULD NOT RENEW the policy.When they rang again I said" oh not you again" & blocked the number. Usay told Arriva I would renew.Arriva restored the dd,AGAINST MY WISHES. Usay are dishonest scammers. Our bank accounts are not safe. Arriva took my money,without consent from my Nationwide account. Nationwide say it is Arriva"s fault,they are washing their hands of me. Arriva say its Liar Usay's fault,and they deny,deny deny. Best not get involved with any of these bandits. Horrible people,all.

   I dealt with Rhys Jarvis at Usay Compare and his service was impeccable. There was a lot of back and forth on my part, changing details and making tweaks but he was knowledgable and helpful at every step. I now have a policy with them and I’m really happy with the cover. Highly recommend.

   I would give them -5 stars if I could. They were very quick and efficient when they were signing me up and getting money off me but when it was obvious they couldn't deliver the service I was paying for, I cant seem to get a hold of anyone. I've been trying to get hold of the broker who sold me the policy and said he would be my broker for the duration of the policy but for the last 2 weeks he has either been waiting on a call back from Exeter or he is in a meeting or about to go into a meeting (or so I've been told by his collegues who tried putting through my call) Waiting for a reply from the complaints team was at first "within 48 hours" but when I rang back 96 hours later, I was told it takes them 5 working days to get back to me?! I have had nothing but stress since signing up with them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM.

I am so much happier now that I have cover. I found David extremely straightforward and helpful with a friendly but not familiar manner and a professional attitude.
