Actually the worst delivery company you could possibly use to send anything, if you are a company owner I wouldn't touch these with a 10 foot pole. I ordered a couple things for Christmas well in advance for the Christmas period. The item was on next day delivery and took over 20 plus days to come and now it's not here for Christmas, I have had to reschedule over 10 different delivery dates. Multiple excuses from drivers, I managed to get through to the depo to find out they blocked all the warehouse with deliveries and didn't rotate the packages round. I understand there are issues around the Christmas period, but this was well before and communication was shite.

Just before i start, if i could give no stars i would. This depot is diabolical, they need a new logistics manager and new drivers. 5 times they stated they have tried to deliver my parcel, not even attempted to knock on the door, ring the doorbell, nor call me. You ring through to customer service and they try to par you off to next advisor. Was promised will be attempted to deliver at a specific date, only to get a text message stating can't be delivered today. Rang through to customer service and they stated that their driver is not in today (I wonder why? Same driver lying about hes made an attempt? Hmm) Crazy thing is you can't collect from the depot and their excuse is we got that many parcels, we won't be able to find it. Makes you think, can't run nothing in that place. If you order online, just make sure these jobsworth don't deliver your parcel for you. You been warned, pay extra to go elsewhere. Worth the headache of incompetence from them.

Absolutely atrocious delivery company, drivers are the most incompetent I have ever witnessed. There appears to be a reoccurring theme amongst the reviews of this company. How this company hasn’t gone bankrupt or closed down is beyond me, due to years of reoccurring delivery issues that still haven’t been fixed. I waited in all day to receive a text message saying attempted delivery. Checked my cctv footage in regards to attempted delivery time. Low and behold the driver I kid you not, gets out of the van and then gets in the back of the van, sorts through some parcels for 2 minutes, closes the van door, then takes a picture of my address before driving away. The driver didn’t once attempt to step foot on my property to knock on the door. I think they expect you to be telepathic or something? Funny how all other delivery companies can knock on my door to attempt delivery but this companies drivers can’t. Would have been easier to have picked up the parcel myself from the Rotherham depot as the service is unfit for pupose. To make matters worse, had 2 failed attempted deliveries and just received a text message stating unable to deliver today. Shambolic joke of a company.

Absolutely shambolic service from this company. Paid for next day delivery for an item I needed urgently for a job. The item was dispatched by the shop the same day as expected. Fast forward to 3 days later, the item is still sat in the local delivery depot still waiting to be processed. Called the customer service line to attempt to arrange collection to which I was told it wasn't possible. No guarantee that it would even get delivered the day after. Even the customer service agent was in agreement that the service they offer is shocking.

Service from Rotherham Depot doesn't even deserve 1 star. Parcel due to be delivered Monday, received email to say tried to deliver, no one in. Found out later Driver got wrong address. To be redelivered Tuesday received message to say tried to deliver, only to find out following second phone call of day that it had never been sent from Warehouse. To be re delivered Wednesday prior to 12 noon. Not delivered. Wife Went to delivery depot, receptionist tried to find and couldn't, Manager came out and basically couldn't be bothered looking. Spoke to their call centre who could not or wouldn't give me the depot manager's name. For any Business looking to use this company to distribute their goods, then please don't as their service is appalling

RUBBISH, I stayed in all day to be told no one was in and they have gone back to the company I purchased the items from, the day after I was told they had been delivered, which was a lie because I stopped in again, then the postcode D X EXPRESS said I'd requested the goods to be delivered to (which was untrue) as the postcode they delivered it to was 120 miles away. After finally hearing from customer service they passed the blame on the company I bought the items from. After asking why I was told they'd been delivered no answer until I sent several emails, I was told a mistake. When I finally got the goods the box had been put in a black bin bag because the box had been damaged I've still not had an explanation of to why this happ when they do finally get back which takes ages they blame the company I purchased the items from

A totally incompetent outfit whose mission statement is a complete joke. Today, a delivery driver delivered a product to the wrong address despite clear and unequivocal delivery details, yet this outfit tried to turn the responsibility onto me that he had delivered the package to the wrong house. He even informed The Cake Store, to whom they were contracted, that the occupants of the wrong property had left a note as to where to leave the package. This is a disgraceful lie and DX Express should ensure that their commitments are fully adhered to otherwise they will lose all credibility.

Shambles! Waited 3 days now from tracking emails, had people home waiting at given times, no show Monday no show Tuesday no show Wednesday then email stating driver cannot find address! No offense but the depot is only a stone's throw away from my home!! Stevie wonder could find our address quicker!!! Never a problem before with any other delivery companies not even yodel and that's saying something!!!!
