happy beds supplied the mattress and metal frame to me in London which was not as per the stad I wanted and I asked them to ask your courier service to take the goods back and they arranged the collection through their regular on time logistic who charged me 60 pound and total cost of the mattress and the metal frame was 160 pound. I wanted them to collect mattress and the metal frame but they have written to this driver only mattress but I returned both and wrote in the paper too but now both are denying that I just returned only mattress and they are not refunding my money. I am working full time and don't earn enough to lose this money. They have refused me to pay any money and asking me to bring the evidence. I have sent the pic to them that I am sending these goods to you. they now said they just received only mattress. I have lost faith in these kind of companies that for this kind of amount how they can lie. please advise me how to get the refund which they totally refused to pay me. I will never advise anyone to use this logistic and happy bed.

Called me Wednesday to say that delivery will be Thursday between 5:30-8:30pm. I said that’s great. I waited in and nothing came!! No one contacted me...I tired calling and it just rang out. I emailed too. So it’s now Friday morning, still no answer, no email reply, I can’t be here all day, what do I do?! I’m so angry, worst delivery ‘service’ ive experienced!!
