I studied nursing in '68 @ this hospital. It was a great time in my life. I can't recall the name of the Matron. Lived on campus. Plan to visit nxt yr.
The staff are fantastic they treat you with such respect and kindness and there's a place to get blood tests almost without a wait because not many people use the service.
Website and the poster on their wall says the blood clinic is open until 12.30 on Mondays, i'd arrived at 11.30 and everyone had gone home. This is just unnaceptable. I'm a 22 year old man trying to determine if he's been having a heart attack, i was barely able to get to sutton hospital (it took me 30 minuites to walk to 5 minute journey there, and same for the return journey!) If if turns out i did have a heart attack i'll be sueing the NHS, how can you treat patients this way, disgusting. I'd give it no stars if i could.
