Absolutely disgusting , ordered a mixed meat n chips for me, a mixed meat burger n chips for my son and a sausage for my dog. Let's just say even my dog didn't eat it. All of it went in the bin, meat stone cold obviously been there since yesterday, chips still raw inside and the sausage was burnt ... NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN
For two years I had always fresh food, I mean burgers, fresh chicken, salad is fresh and crisp, staff is friendly and they smile and prices are good. Overall experience is excellent, so highly recommend place for work lunch or weekend order. Thanks.

The food here is beautiful! Proper black country chips in orange batter! Decent price and very friendly staff. Waiting times can vary depending on the time you go because it's a popular place so you might have a wait to get served, but all the food is cooked fresh and is always hot.
We have been using this chippy for 7 years and feel it was the best chippy around….however, the last 2 times we have used them ( I like to give people a second chance ) it’s been worse than bad, poor portions, incorrect order and stone cold, absolute rubbish. This business has changed hands too frequently of late and both quality and consistency have suffered for it.
Fish and Chips (Orange) btw were nice but just way to much curry sauce. Ended up leaving most of it.
Updating my review as I visited again recently (June 2022). Quality of food and service has declined since I last visited, yet prices have gone up. My order had salt and vinegar added despite not even asking (I'd have said no vinegar if the staff had bothered to ask). Very disappointing. New management? New staff? Who knows. What I do know is that I won't be coming back.
They were great at 1st, ordered a few times now and not happy with the Fish and chips I ordered lately, too oil and I don't remember ordering extra batter bits with it. Complaint twice already. Please fix up or I'll just go elsewhere.
