No post has been delivered for over a week!!! Been waiting for important work documents to arrive, job now completed and still no documents, very disappointing and unacceptable. EVRI are better!
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Royal Mail North East Delivery Office. I sent an urgent package of breastmilk using the Express 24 service, which should have arrived the next day. It was collected on the 29th, yet it won’t be delivered until the 1st of October. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the importance of the contents and the premium price I paid for a guaranteed next-day delivery. Families rely on this service for essential, time-sensitive items, and Royal Mail has failed to deliver on its promise.
I ordered from angling direct £9.99 cost me for 1-2 day delivery from Tuesday 3pm my package meant to be delivered already and here it is Friday my package is not delivered they sent me emails about being sorry tomorrow will be ordered at that time till that time andd nothing! I try to call no one picks up
Two weeks since we last had any mail. First class items expected, two weeks ago. Compensation claim will be going in. Zero stars, not 1 star.
I expected a delivery on Friday 20th June, it never happened. I contacted the seller and was told a replacement item would be sent for delivery on Monday 30th. I received this delivery on Friday 27th. This turned out to be the item 7 days late because I received a duplicate order today Tuesday 1st July. This item was left on the drive between 2 dustbins with no card telling me it was there. I only noticed it when I was putting the bin in the space. This is not acceptable. Mrs SM Gillott
Very busy on arrival. Had to pay on a parking meter for a 5 minute visit to pick up a missed parcel. No parking at the depot itself.
Easy enough to find. However, been in several times to get the post that wasn't delivered to my house a red card was left. They can't find it at the delivery office. Very frustrating.
Need to make sure their website is up to date. Went twice after viewing and they were shut both times. When i eventually found it open the blonde haired female assistant was extremely blunt, no customer service skills at all !!!! Maybe shouldnt be in a customer facing rolle
