   While I was placing my order, the staff member assisting me was not very friendly or cooperative. I was also told that the item I requested could not be served, and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that she was the manager herself. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, as I had hoped for a more welcoming and helpful experience. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can help improve communication and customer service in the future.

   Amazing meal, great little spot for great feed, Jonathan is a superstar making the dining experience all the more enjoyable! store wasn’t busy but the food was out like lightning and tasted amazing, i’d recommend anyone nearby to pop in for a bite

   We have been frequent customers ordering from this particular Nandos for years, and despite them often messing up orders in some way, today it was unacceptable. I received a burger with black & mouldy avocado on it. it was very obviously rotten. Another family member had cheese put on his burger which it didn’t even come with originally, and he has an intolerance/mild allergy and could not eat the burger. they often put tomatoes which he also cannot eat and therefor spoil the order. but this time, it’s absolutely disgusting. we aren’t ones to complain much but we can’t ignore this. called customer service who only refunded the wrong order. even if we get a refund for the other burger, thats only about 20% of a refund for what we ordered. by the time we had sorted it, rest of the food was cold anyways. realistically, with a health and safety concern like this, there should be a full refund. never ordering from here again, and to be honest, probably never eating at Nandos again either. you’d think for a such a big chain they would have some sort of standards.

   Visited here due to this Nandos being Halal. Service was mediocre. Nobody seemed happy or very helpful. The chicken was very dry not moist at all. Was ok nothing special unfortunately.

   My experiance in this place was not really good, I had to wait almost 20 minutes before admitted (but that was not an issue), the staff were welcoming and helpful. What I did not like is the portion size of the food, was not enough for 1 person, making it overpriced restaurant. Beside the taste, I can say it was OK, and just OK. Generally speaking the restaurant is ok, but I will hesitate before I come back again.
