I don’t understand how my Parcel can come from Communist China without a hiccup, not stopped at customs, accurate tracking and supplier updates. But then from Birdwell to Dodworth it takes over a week of constant chasing, no updates, no follow ups and 0 customer service. Evri are painfully terrible and I seriously hope the company folds. Use a message in a bottle or carrier pigeon in future you would have better odds.
