It’s another time when driver didn’t even attempted the delivery. Honestly the worst delivery service I ever experienced, won’t recommend to anybody
I wish I could give them zero stars. Utterly incompetent. Sender paid for guaranteed next day delivery, only for the status to show "out for delivery" before being switched to "delayed" by midday. I contacted the call centre, who reached out to the depot, and received a barely coherent response claiming they simply couldn’t be bothered to deliver, pushing it to Monday instead. The delivery window showed 18:30-20:30, but when I tracked the parcel at 7pm, I found it had been delayed again at 18:04, without any explanation. I contacted the call center again who basically fobbed me off and said they'd have to contact the depot again, they refused to give me any indication when my parcel would now arrive. This isn't even the first issue. Another package was lost for three days in London, only moving once I chased them. Now that parcel is delayed too, nearly two weeks floating around in UPS' system. Absolutely appalling service, I've lost all faith in them ever delivering either parcel.
horrible customer service. had to ring 4 times until someone got in touch, abd when they did, no one knew where my parcel is.
