I have been in all day and have a door camera the courier say he tried to deliver today ( he is lying ) there is nothing on my camera and nobody came to my door this company is a joke.
My parcel is still in the shop 17 days later, despite the guy saying that it is not there. I think they must have stolen it. First he said there was nowhere else for it to be than under the counter, then he said there's a room in the back but it wasn't there (without looking). Not good
I do not recommend this store to send a parcel, the staff is very unfriendly, they are always very rude to the customer who wants to send a parcel
