   My parcel was delivered to this shop on a Friday, I went to collect on Saturday and was told the device was not working and to come back Sunday. I went back on Sunday and was told the device wasn’t working and again got told to come back Monday. So I went back today (Monday) and I again was told the evri device was not working. I’m not sure wether this is evri’s issue or the Spa's issue but it’s getting really tedious.

   Didn't deliver a parcel I was waiting for and then just stopped responding to any emails. Had to issue a chargeback on the company I bought the product from because Hermes simply ignored everything.
