   Absolute waste of time, avoid, do not use. Took out insurance, home care and an emergency policy, all a waste of money. Been with this company for years, not claimed and just didn’t want to help at all, it’s pointless. Company is a joke and don’t care. Also found out I have no emergency boiler cover, separate issue however they didn’t tell me this when I took out the policy and extra cover.

   I would strongly advise that you do not take a policy out with this company. They take your money, pass you onto another company and have nothing to do with you. I had gap insurance out with this company. It was only when I needed to make a claim that I was told to contact another company as Cavere had passed me onto them. I had the car accident in the beginning of September, it's the middle of December and I am getting no where. The company I have been passed on to doesn't even accept phone calls. I phoned Cavere thinking that as I had the insurance out with them originally they would help me. Absolutely no help at all. All I was told is they have nothing to do with my insurance policy anymore, even though I had taken the policy out with them!!!!!!! Please do yourself a favour and use a reliable and trustworthy company which this definitely is not. Their slogan "Providing Peace of mind. Here when you need us most" is absolutely not a reflection of how they run their business. They take your money then want nothing to do with you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

   Cavere have very poor customer service, they aren't interested in helping customers. Some very rude staff. Their home insurance policy isn't worth paying for, as they will only do half the work. They use contracrors who travel from all over the country, so its hard to get them to complete the work. But they tell you that they have local contractors to complete the work. When you complain they pass you on to the direct group and they have nothing else to do with you. They are very slow to do anything, no return calls, no interest and no customer service. Don't waste your money on their joke policy's. Vulnerable family left without hot water for 8 months and counting and now no bathroom. They just don't care! It funny that you can leave a vulnerable family without hot water for 8 months and who knows how long without a bathroom with no reply or response from Management, but as soon as a negative review is left your on it straight away.
