   Today I walked away from this Drs Surgery. I have made previous complaints about the surgey, and the receptionists, but today was the last straw! The receptionist refused.to.pass on my email to my GP, and the surgery Manager refused to end my sick certificate which would able me to "return to work". When I had spoken to another Dr who would give me the certificate I required the surgery manager refused to refer me. Meaning I couldn't return to work for two weeks due to back pain that had got better... They took away any rights I had for myself and I want people to know that this surgery has such a bad reputation where I live! Do not sign with this surgery!

   I find the reception team are very unhelpful and dismissive, I get that their job can mean dealing with difficult people but they show zero compassion, empathy or willingness to try and help in the slightest so if you speak to them you end up submitting a request online and waiting multiple days for them to finally action the request, the doctors and nurses are fine and usually quite helpful but anything that requires admin or help arranging an appointment through reception is painful and when you usually need help from the doctors when you are ill or suffering a long term issue you shouldn't have to also be treated so poorly by the reception

   Had a great experience at High Street Practice! I do not understand the negative reviews since I had a flawless experience with all the receptionists on two separate days, and the GP who saw me and the one who took my bloods were extremely sweet. The GP accepted my request for the necessary blood tests and I got an appointment for the bloods fairly quick. That too out of hours appointment available. As a doctor, I highly appreciate the work GPs do, and the practice, since they have lot on their plate and I think they do a wonderful job here. Thank you!

   Quick appointment times for important concerns, especially for my baby they give same day appointments. Most of the receptionists are lovely. The patches system is fine but my only critique is they don't tell you when you will receive a call so you might miss it and they only give 2 call backs and then you have to start again through the surgery. The surgery has convenient screens to sign in for your appointment - my only critique is that there is a sign saying no prams allowed inside and not sure I feel comfortable leaving my pram outside

   The receptionist ( an old lady ) Sally is so rude. Despite explaining her about the condition of my young child she refused to give me an appointment, besides, she got me disconnected and before that she told me “ do whatever you want, we have no appointment for you “ my son’s asthma got so bad and he is so poorly. No idea, if the receptionist has any problem with our name/surname.

   i’ve never had a bad experience with this doctors or the receptionist . they’ve all been considerate, polite and caring. i had a bad experience with my previous doctor so me and my family have moved over . best decision i ever made. i finally feel comfortable going and seeing a doctor. My doctor is Dr.Nagi but i’ve also had great experience with the others :)

   Joined here about Oct,Nov22 and so far, so good. I've seen reviews about rude receptionists but in my experience, they have been great. Have a bit of banter with them, every gp, nurse I've seen, have been friendly, helpful, supportive. Appointments can be hard sometimes and people under pressure but this is nationwide and a country at bursting point. All nhs staff are doing amazing jobs under ridiculous pressure.
