   Very old building. No working toilet. Is very clean. Despite this all the staff are friendly and professional. My physio was amazing, very detailed, professional and informative.

   I am very dissatisfied because Ms. Katy O'Dea she didn't want to answer directly what diagnosis she gave me. She treats people in a in a stereotypical way . She doesn't have an individual approach to the patient. When I asked her if I needed to do tests, she replied that she knew what was wrong with me. However, I think that tests are necessary. That you can't "eyeball" the diseases. In my opinion, the diagnosis should be made by an orthopedist, not a physiotherapist. She recommended that I wear sports shoes. I consider this to be a total misunderstanding from an orthopedic point of view. I have the impression that this lady treats all diseases with "paracetamol". An unpleasant experience.

   Not a good clinic at all my sister had an attack at the clinic today she passed out fell on the ground and didn’t come to consciousness for a whole minute no one came for help a nurse walked by us while i was holding my sister and crying she did nothing while others were making fun of us heartless people will never go there again.

   It was great experience at Greenford Green Clinic. From reception, to the appointment with virtually no waiting time; everyone was prompt and professional - and followed Covid protocol. Special shout-out to Flosa Ofi who was compassionate and caring...and she made sure I understood the treatment. Under the circumstances, the NHS should be applauded and supported even more during these difficult times.

   Very helpful and professional. However, be aware that if you are going for blood tests they only see the first 36 people who arrive. Thereafter the blood clinic closes. Also beware that it is a very busy clinic and waiting times are over an hour. Get there early

   After having an extremely bad experience with the 1st therapist i was seen by. I really did not want to go back to the clinic. However, driven by extreme pain, a year later i plucked up courage to be seen again, but by someone different. I was extremely lucky this time, to be seen by Physiotherapist Professional, "Arty", and i cant commend her enough! She is very knowledgeable, efficiant, and caring in her treatment. Yet she is also a lovely warm Human Being, who listens to you, and makes you feel at ease. She understands exactly what is going on, and how to go about treating you. Thankyou Arty, for giving me such understanding and kindness. You have given me complete faith, which is a rare thing these days.
