   I’m really disappointed with my experience at Thérapie. I saw Dr Sonia and felt the first appointment was very rushed. I discussed my concerns of heavy eyes or any drooping (my eyes are slightly hooded and I was worried botox would increase this). I was assured of anything like that happened, it could be easily corrected. My 2 week follow up was cancelled as Dr Sonia was unwell, I went back at week 3. I told her I was unhappy with how heavy my eyes were and that my eyelids were more hooded. She seemed to take this as a personal attack on her work as became very defensive and made the appointment very awkward. She kept saying g I didn’t have dropped brows; I had to keep explaining I wasn’t in about my brows but my eyelids howe er she was talking over me and not listening to me properly. She said she wouldn’t inject me again that day despite me feeling unhappy with my results and what she had promised in my first appointment. I had to argue this with her. She told me there was little point as it would all be worn off in 2 months anyway? And then said she’d only given me 6 injections in my forehead at the bare minimum amount to keep me ‘natural’ but had 18 usually herself. Which makes me wonder if I’ve been utterly ripped off financially? Surely it should be discussed with the client how natural they’re aiming for? I left the appointment feeling very frustrated and like I'd wasted my money.

   I had my first laser hair removal session with Gracie at Therapie Clinic Watford, and she was fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly and instantly makes you feel comfortable, which really helped me relax. She works efficiently but still takes great care, and she chats with you in such a natural, pleasant way that you hardly notice the time passing. For a first session with her, I was genuinely impressed — she made the whole experience smooth, easy, and reassuring. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Gracie at Therapie Clinic Watford!

   Irina was very friendly, professional and thorough. My skin feels very soft after the lovely spf cream too. Unfortunately, I was late due to traffic so couldn’t get both laser areas done but they did manage to fit me in for tomorrow. Thanks ladies!
