   I have been dealing with really bad neck pain for over a month – it was going down into my shoulder and arm and nothing I tried seemed to work. A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad I listened. Lawrence figured out what was going on within five minutes and got started with treatment straight away. Because my condition was quite bad, he booked me in for two sessions that same week. After those sessions, I started to feel so much better, and now, a month later, I’m nearly back to normal. Highly recommend this place – it really made a difference for me.

   I had a very uncomfortable lower back for months and after seeing Lawrence a few times the pain and discomfort has gone. He explains how to do ongoing stretching for prevention to problems and I'll definitely go to him again if problems return in the future!

   Thoroughly recommended! Ive seen Laurence a few times over the years with painful pulled muscles from overdoing it. And without fail, one session with him has sorted out the pain. This week I went with spiteful lower back pain which had caused me to not sleep for a couple of nights, and unable to walk/sit comfortably. It was just awful. He was able to se me promptly, and diagnosed the problem. He did his usual magic, and I was feeling better by the time I left. Three days later I’m out of all pain, and back to normal. Feeing very grateful!!

   I have been seeing Lawrence for my lower back pain for a few months, I can honestly say he has made such a difference, not only can I sleep better but I can move so much better now. I highly recommend Lawrence, he talks you through everything that he does which helps you to understand what and why its being done. He also gathers information about any past issues you may have had to help with his conclusion and treatments. Louise (reception) is also a little gem, her bright smile and cheery voice as you walk in is all you need sometimes. I will carry on seeing Lawrence as I always get nervous about the pain coming back (you never know when it comes to muscle pain and trauma). If I am to give my money to anyone it would be Ashford Osetopathy & Heathcare :)

   I’ve always suffered from a bad back on and off my whole adult life. I saw Laurence in Sept 22 and I have been pain free since. Always had regular massages but this was very different and very specific to my actual needs. Really recommend and will go back when needed. Very welcoming man and very honest in his assessment of how many sessions your treatment will require.

   The first experience with the clinic was way beyond expectation. Lawrence helped me get better in only one session after having picked up my toddler and experienced some vertebrae misalignment in my upper back. It does not seem much, but limited range of motion and a continuous tension that restricts your daily activities take a toll on the mind as well. Am forever grateful to Lawrence for his help, as well as for his sound advice.
