   had an excellent experience at Ashford Physio. The staff were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My physiotherapist took the time to properly assess my condition, explained everything clearly, and put together a treatment plan that really worked. I noticed a significant improvement after just a few sessions. The clinic is clean, well organised, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Ashford Physio to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy care.

   I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.

   I usually never ever leave bad reviews but I’m appalled at the service received. I initially booked my mum a treatment for a deep tissue massage and dry needling. I have visited the clinic 3 times and every visit I was not able to receive the correct treatment. The first visit the physio only managed to do the massage and said she is not trained to do the dry needling. I communicated this with the manager she suggested to come on another date to see another person who does this treatment. I informed her to send me a confirmation email ensuring I’m booked in correctly she did not send this to me. The 2nd time I attended I was booked into the wrong clinic and the physio had another appointment booked in. Luckily she said she will fit us in after she was done with her appointment. So she made us wait until she finished her other appointment and then she provided us with the treatment and again we did not receive the full treatment. She only did half an hour of the massage and not the full hour we booked or the dry needling which we paid for. The 3rd time we visited there was no one at the clinic and we were waiting half an hour to be told by another clinic they might not be coming. I rang multiple times and messaged the manager but no response at all in regard to this. And she confirmed the day before I was booked in, but no confirmation email again. We have had to cancel our work routines all 3 times in order to make it to the appointments and no acknowledgment by the manager. Very disorganised and very hard to reach.

   I have been visiting the clinic from few weeks, Had a tremendous pain in my neck and shoulders and even my knees were also in pain. Martha really done a great job. Now I’m feeling quite better after having few sessions. This is best physio I have ever seen.

   Martha is a very experienced Physiotherapist. I met her few months back and was very concerned about my back, neck / Shoulder pain, Martha took time to explain me the problem along with resolution around it. She is very friendly too, she took extra efforts to make me comfortable during those sessions. She recommended Shock Therapy and it worked well for me. Her sessions helped me in reducing the stiffness, I am feeling much more relaxed now. I would highly recommend her. Thank you!

   I've been seeing Martha since a few months now after a patella fracture late last year. I cannot stress enough but I have been tremendously helped with the treatment received from Martha and her team. Each and every session has been helpful and I have instantly seen results with every session. I'd like to call Martha a "magician" as she has magic in her hands and a lot of experience. There have been times when I was completely confused and needed help after my surgery & Martha has always been there to help even during out-of-hours. The entire team at Ashford Physiotherapy is extremely caring and friendly. I feel confident about their expertise & would highly recommend them.

   I was in tremendous pain suffering from back pain and my friend recommended Martha for physiotherapy. Martha is absolutely professional, very knowledgeable. During the first session, she patiently asks about completely history and could identify the possible root causes. Martha treated me with such professionalism, compassion, competence and care. Treatment is still ongoing but I can already see great improvement in my condition. Definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
