   Very well run surgery. All of the staff are courteous, professional and caring. They have nearly always managed to find me an appointment when needed, which is so appreciated.

   Down hill and fast! We were very happy members of this surgery. However, my son is a professional footballer and so we move to Peterborogh for 2 years. We moved back to the same address and we're told we can't be members anymore. What? All the family are?? We are no longer in the "catchment area", despite all the other member of the family being members. We live 1.2 miles from the surgery. It's the closest surgeryto us. We called them and we're told we are no longer in the catchment area. So I decided to drive to see them to explain the situation. The receptionist said the management had changed, hence the catchment area (seems of about 6 feet) and she would speak to her colleague and call me back.. she never did! What a shame that this surgery has gone down hill so fast !

   Both my husband and I have been with Ottershaw surgery for years. We feel very lucky and privileged. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are always able to see a doctor, often on the same day. The care that is shown by the doctors, nurses and reception team is friendly, caring and professional. Always willing to listen making patients feel heard and cared for. Thank you to them all.    Cannot praise the staff here enough. I’ve only been a patient here for about 6 months but have found everyone to be extremely helpful, caring and compassionate. It’s generally been easy to get appointments, compared to some surgeries, and the doctors/nurses have always given me the time I needed. That is more important to me than a doctor who rushes you to stay on time. Thank you to everyone there, especially for your help in recent days

   Ottershaw surgery sets an exemplary standard for medical care in the community. The GPs are all highly skilled and supportive at every consultation and they take time to ensure that every patient gets the right help at the right time. The reception staff are second to none, ensuring that the service runs effectively and efficiently whilst also playing their part in caring for patients. There is not a better practice in all Surrey in my opinion! Keep up the good work!
