They decided to have a fire safety drill while I was in the waiting room. I can barely walk (I had no helper with me as they had to drop me off and find a parking space) and there were others with mobility frames, or other walking aids. We were not given help to leave the building and had to stand in wet and windy conditions. It may not have been long but I was cold, wet and in agony. No covered area to shelter in or even a bench to sit on, no chairs brought out for us either. Not enough seats in waiting room.
