   This GP should be monitor by a higher entity. People is extremely rude, make me think the NHS is a disgrace. Worse experience with all stuff, people in the front desk are extremely rude and not even answer your good morning, they take ages to take their telephone calls, nurse is rude, and once u trying to talk they don't even try to listen properly, they rush u and is just a extremely bad service.

   My family and I have been going to this surgery for a long time and we are so very grateful to Dr Garcha for his professionalism, excellent care and recommended treatments. Dr Garcha is truly a wonderful doctor, very knowledgable and has the best interets at heart for all his patients.

   I joined this GP practice almost a year ago and I think they are fantastic. They always reply very promptly to my inquiries, and using the online app has been smooth and efficient. Whenever I had an issue, I was promptly seen and everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. Both GPs I’ve seen were extremely kind and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. The receptionist has also been wonderful, whenever I sent a message, she always followed it up with a call. Overall, I think this is a great practice and I feel well looked after here.

   Very polite staff. I love Mary ,Dr. Garcha and the entire amazing team. They are very reliable, flexible and good listeners. They are awesome and my experience has always been excellent. No doubts in the right hands and in case of any complain the staff will always give a solution by looking into the matter keenly. Happy!

   They never wanted to sign me up to begin with. Over the years it's been up & down but very painful smear tests (then refer to Heart of Hounslow), wrong skin diagnosis eg shingles and organising an unauthorised vacinne. Very poor advice not to work and start your business once retired "just look at me" -meantime look after elderly mum (which I do anyway) they don't take care from painful blood pressures and not providing (to those entitled) the machines or help on how to use nor organise repeat medications without prompts. They know she cannot access on line sites yet they still insist on it being put on AskMyGP. Yet I've been told by reception that I'm not important and my mother is. They are too busy making money for themselves but not allowing allowing us to earn advising to go to the high street. Unnecessary: Mint/Twining waste of time referalls, social prescribe links to spend the day and pre diabetes with apps that won't work on my device. After their mistakes out of nowhere they have the nerve to de register me and suggest finding another even though they're 5mins away. Very high turnover so constant excuses. Hope I find a suitable one that doesn't discuss me with other other family members. There mansplained it.

   I've been registered in this practice for over a year now and I could not be happier. All staff members are very nice and always professional and polite. I never have to wait to be seen too long, and also I find it very easy to book an appointment via MyGp requests. I always get response in less than 2 hours, followed by phone call and booking, which I find absolutely great. Every single request I sent was completed fast and even the appointment itself never took long, always received professional and efficient help. I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family members.

   I send a request on ask my GP had a lower back pain which made me unable to move. I put the request was urgent and for over 24 hours no one bothered to call or check how I was doing. I was lucky to have pain meds which helped and I self medicated this GP practice is horrendous and it is absolutely terrible. The staff don’t care and don’t bother about the well being of people. I really wish I could give this GP practice a negative score as it is absolutely abysmal.

   I have been with this GP surgery for a long time and it is the worst ever. Right from doctor Garcha, Ms.Cooper all the way to reception staff who manipulate patient messages and requests. This surgery is completely sponging off tax payer money by having incomptent doctors followed by poorly trained staff. Half the time, doctors dont have a clear understanding, forget diagnosis and to give a prescription is almost as if you have asked for their kidney. Appalling state of this clinic and its delivery of patient healthcare. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone.
