I have had several treatments with James for a long standing shoulder problem. He has done an excellent job and I am back to playing squash with little or no discomfort! Good work James! I have no hesitation in recommending him.
When I first visited James at the end of 2021 I had lost hope of being able to ever feel parts of both of my legs and both feet. I had many ups and downs with chronic back pain over 10 years with very little relief from prescribed medication. I could not recommend align osteopath clinic enough. With the the massages, acupuncture and knowledge provided I have feeling back in both legs and feet and can now manage all daily living tasks without relying on support from others. Thank you so much James you’ve given me back a life I never thought I could have.
After waking in agony and suffering for 4 weeks not able to move my arm , sleep or even walk unless I was in agony , the hospital and doctors only wanted to prescribe , One visit here and I walked out pain free !! I was so scared of the pain returning I came back each week for three weeks although I was told I didn’t need to , I can’t recommend highly enough !!!!
I'm so glad I found this place, having suffered from neck/shoulder pain and associated sinus headaches for years, 10 sessions witJames,first weekly then further apart has turned my life around. The added bonus of accupuncture alongside the muscle treatment really did the job.I didn't expect instant results,of course,but was able to feel improvements even after one session. I think it,s really important to be able to trust a practioner when the potential form harm is there,and I have no hesitation in recommending James. Not only does he know his stuff,but is very good at answering my endless questions. Will go back for maintenance treatments as and when I feel the need.
