I was in a lot of pain in my back. Doctors gave me high dosage pain killers and put me on a list (approx 8 month wait to see physiotherapy) i was in agony and really down. Saw a private physio sorry pain worse Then I thought Acupuncture and went to Elphick Clinic and had treatment with Mandeep Nandhra. WOW!!! The Elphick clinic has been highly recommended by my husband, he was previously ( very successfully ) treated by Jaco with a back pain. Jaco has also helped with my back and neck pain - felt 70% better straight after the first treatment and continuously improving. He is very personable, thorough and explained how the body works and things related ( back and neck etc) which has helped a lot and showed great knowledge. Very professional service from start to finish, including the lovely receptionist team. Overall very positive experience, would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if needed.
Chloe has been my Chiropractor for around 18 months now. I was so nervous to begin with but Chloe instantly put me at ease. She took a detailed history to begin with and refers back to her notes each session. She is fantastic at working with individuals needs and tailoring her treatment accordingly. I was in constant pain and now have hardly any. I have gone from attending regularly to needing to go only once every 3 months. Chloe is a lovely person and a brilliant Chiropractor. Great information and aftercare. Highly recommend.

I've been having lower back pain for years and then recently developed tennis elbow .It was recommended by my GP to try chiropractic treatment. I'm so glad I did .After my first visit with Ruth at Elphick clinic, my tennis elbow improved significantly. Just had my second session and both my lower back pain and tennis elbow are greatly improved to the point that they are no longer an issue. I shall be having regular monthly sessions to continue the good work . Ruth and her staff were very professional and friendly and the premises clean and modern. Thank you so much Ruth. What a wonderful experience! I have had back issues for what seems like forever. After having a chiropractic treatment with Ruth I walked out feeling so much freer in my body and pain free . Worth every penny! I shall be returning for regular treatments .
