    I’ve seen the doctor once for a pre planned/booked appointment. He was lovely and appointment went as expected. However, there have been several occasions now where my children (especially my 2 month old) has needed help or a doctors appointment and there is never any appointments available. Quite frustrating.

    I had a disappointing experience at this practice. While the reception staff are always polite and helpful, and Dr Ramneek Grewal was thorough and kind, my consultation with Dr S. Morcos left me feeling dismissed and unheard. As a pregnant patient with a serious infection, I sought clarification on my prescribed antibiotics, as I was initially given the wrong medication and then prescribed another without any testing, dismissing my symptoms once again. I also requested basic tests (CRP, full blood count) to ensure appropriate treatment. Dr. Morcos was condescending, raised his voice, and refused to discuss my concerns, contradicting himself multiple times. Instead of reassuring me, he abruptly ended the call, leaving me distressed and unsupported. Additionally, the hygiene standards during my blood test were shocking—no handwashing, no gloves, no visible sterile needle preparation, and no skin disinfection before the blood draw. This raises serious infection control concerns. Patients deserve respectful treatment and proper medical care. Unfortunately, my experience here did not reflect that.

    Just attended the clinic for a mole removal. As always Dr Morcos was fantastic. Both him and the nurse were very calming. The procedure was painless. The appointment was to time. After the procedure the reception staff were very accommodating at sorting me an appointment for the removal of the stitches. In general myself and my family have been patients with the white practice for 10 plus years and have never had any issues or concerns. Always able to get an appointment or phone call on the day in which it is required.

    I am a very nervous patient but I did not need to worry at all. Dr Morcos and his nurse were so kind and informative of what was happening at all times. The surgery was quick and I felt totally at ease with the removal of 2 moles. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professional approach and also we had a few laughs!

    Been with the white practice and Walton Health Centre all my life and has always been brilliant. Can always get an appointment by phone or actual visit if necessary.Last week Dr Morcos removed a fatty lump from my shoulder which required 7 stitches. I have no problem getting through to them and was able to have an appointment the same day. (Very impressive). I have been treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and speed. From reception to Belinda, the Plebotomist and Dr Morcos. I have no complaints about the NHS, they are amazing.

    Today is the second time we went to see Dr Morcos for my 9 year old daughter. Usually she gets quite nervous when going to the doctors, Dr Morcos was so kind and friendly with her and made her feel extremely comfortable. After examining her with a wonderful smile, as always, he offered her sweets as a reward! She already looks so much better after seeing him and when we came out she wanted to go and get him flowers! She said she loves him so much! A gift to say thank you for being so kind. Highly recommend the white practice as all of the staff are incredible. Thank you Dr Morcos for making my girl’s day!

    I’ve never really used a doctors as tend not to be unwell enough to do so. However since having my little girl the white practice and Dr Morcos have been beyond amazing! He has seen her a few times at short notice and never belittled my concerns but instead examined her and supported me. I think unfortunately people don’t write Positive reviews but are quick to complain! Would Recommend especially for children
