Having gone through with the treatment plan, I can say that I am very happy with the outcome. The receptionist, Karishma, is incredibly warm and friendly.    I recently completed treatment with Dr. Shiv at Pinner Road Smile Clinic and had a consistently positive experience throughout. From the initial consultation, Dr. Shiv was clear, thorough, and transparent. He took time to understand my dental history, including pre-existing gum concerns, and carefully explained the treatment options, potential risks, and realistic outcomes. When I returned to proceed after some time, he offered a fresh consultation and updated scans to ensure everything was still appropriate — which I really appreciated. The financial side of things was handled with equal transparency. Dr. Shiv explained the different lab options and associated costs clearly, with no hidden charges. Appointments were easy to manage and flexible when needed. Dr. Shiv was patient and meticulous with the treatment process, and the aftercare was excellent. I received follow-up calls the next day to check in on how I was doing after procedures, which made me feel well looked after. A special mention also to Karishma at reception — always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I’m very pleased with the outcome and the service I received.    Took my 3 year old and 1 year old for thier appointment. Clean and orderly clinic, only waited 5 minutes to be seen. Warm and friendly dentist and staff. However, I felt the appointment was a bit rushed although there was plenty of time left in our slots. Just looked at the children's teeth quickly but no questions asked or unsolicited advice given. Yet I managed to ask a the questions I wanted and they were answered to my satisfaction. Looking forward to our next check up in 6 months' time.

   This place was very clean and good service but only 1 things to improve that's you have to reminder to patient 2 to 3 days before so patient knows early but your reminder is only 24hr before so patient forgot and cancelled the appointment so they not allowed so if you remind early so patient knows
