Ceri is lovely and knows her stuff. It's a delight to see her each session. The treatment is working fantastically (laser hair removal). Fully recommend. The only thing I'd change is to have a receptionist back!
The quality and friendly staff are awesome... My laser treatment is going really well with great results!!! The only thing is I experienced a price hike twice over 2 months which forced me to have to purchase a package rather than pay as you go which I didn't plan for at the time...
The hydra facial machine wasn’t working but they very kindly offered me a free treatment instead and booked me in for my hydra facial in two weeks. Debbie was very friendly and helpful, and I opted for a chemical peel which left my skin glowing. Very happy with the service
I have had an extremely disappointing experience at the Watford clinic and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. From the moment I stepped foot into the clinic, everything seemed to go wrong. It was an absolute nightmare. To begin with, my very first appointment was canceled on the day due to staff members calling in sick. During my rescheduled appointment, I was handed a form to fill in and left alone in the waiting room for an agonizing 30 minutes. The reception area was completely unattended, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless. It was only after an extended period that someone finally emerged from the office and acknowledged my presence. This lack of organization and customer care was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, after enduring two weeks of anticipation, I was informed that their laser treatment would not be suitable for my hair and skin type. I cannot emphasize enough how much time and effort I wasted during this process. It was a frustrating experience, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. Additionally, I was promised a call from the clinic manager to discuss the possibility of a refund. However, my attempts to reach the clinic were met with extreme difficulty. I spent 30 minutes on hold, only to be transferred to the main switchboard, where I left a message requesting a callback. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call from the manager as promised. Instead, I received a call from Emma, one of the therapists. I asked her to send me a brief email confirming the refund, but she claimed both she and the manager were too busy to do so and that I should wait to hear back from them with an update. Despite my efforts to communicate with the clinic, it has now been over a week since my conversation with Emma, and I have neither heard from the clinic manager nor received my refund. I have emailed the clinic twice now and I have not received a response yet. This lack of follow-up and the manager's careless and disrespectful behavior have left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I must say that my experience with Sk:n clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. The difficulty in reaching them by phone, the extensive wait times, the cancellation, and the subsequent lack of communication and refund have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.
I recently began microneedling treatment for pitted facial scars and they're already getting noticeably better, along with my skin in general. Really happy with the results! First time going to a skin clinic and I wasn't sure about the procedures, but the practitioner was wonderful, explained everything so well and made me feel very comfortable. Lovely staff and brilliant service. And the skincare products are great, definitely would recommend!
I've been here twice for a hydrafacial and I can't recommend this clinic enough. On my first consultation, which was holistic and considered, I also brought my mum for hers (she is quite new to dermatology, and English isn't her first language). Our dermatologist was lovely and made the information as clear as possible, and reassuring towards my mum which I appreciated. Both of my facials were amazing and left my skin glowing like I've never seen. None of the staff have ever been pushy and have been helpful with product recommendations, and the samples they've given have been high quality too. Brilliant clinic!
The people I've met that work here are all friendly, welcoming and professional. I've been a few times now. Would recommend for laser hair and rejuvenation services :)

I would not give 1 star if I could. I was told on the phone - we can remove all different colours of tattoo. When I went to the branch, after filling down 2 forms big as newspaper pages with silly questions, they tell me they can remove only blue and black colours! My tattoo size of cigarette lighter. They ask me £200 per session and I have to do 7 sessions. I did 1 session couple of years ago somewhere else not in this company, takes only 2 minutes per session. If you go to this place, This is the most expensive door you go through.
