   The nurse very rude and you can see she is just not in the mood to work. Also doesn’t know how to talk to children. Be aware to bring the birth certificate otherwise she will just refuse you the appointment even if both parents are present for the vaccine. Very disappointed with Watford branch. Will definitely not recommend. Go to Boots more friendly staff.

   I went to the clinic for botox 1st time the nurse was lovely unfortunately the treatment didn't do what was meant to do had a very smooth forehead which no one sees but my eyes are very much smaller all my family and freinds commented and now I am very self aware the aftercare was not very good after being told to come back for it to be sorted a 200 mile round journey later told to massage eye with electric toothbrush not nurses fault but very disappointed and find a gesture of goodwill of 50 insulting please think really hard as I did as it may not work out and you will end up looking older as i have
