    I was able to register as a temporary patient, and get an appointment all within one day! No questions asked and reception team were lovely, kind and responsive. Can’t fault them at all!

    My main issue is the online booking system as it tells me I have reached my quota for appointments. I've probably been about 3 times this year but I wasn't aware there was a limit on health issues! Having said that, I'm fortunate to live fairly near to the surgery so I usually drop in or phone on the day. I have always found the receptionists extremely helpful and supportive. On separate occasions I have been seen by GP, physio, pharmacist and nurse..all of whom I have found extremely professional and reassuring.

    This practice is a continual let down in my honest opinion. Incredibly hard to get appointments, and when I do manage get one, I often end up with a doctor that just says "Well, I'm stumped about this...let me speak to another doctor and we'll call you back". I've been having an issue with my spine for over 2 or 3 years, and have jumped thru every hoop that's been held up in front of me to get them to take me seriously, and still getting nowhere. Today, I phoned in at 8am on the dot as i have a raging ear-infection, and I get told i will get a call back with an appointment. 4 hours later and I had heard nothing, so I called them back only to be told "well, there's no appointments today". If I hadn't called back, then i would've never known there were none! The receptionist was polite tho, but struggled to find my initial query from first thing this morning on their system, and bumped me on to the next day. On top of this, their telephone queuing system message is telling us how they are accepting new patients. I simply can't see how they can cope with any more. I'm kind of at my wit's end with them. I cannot recommend The Molebridge Practice.

    A terribly understaffed GP practice. Only ever one doctor on duty. The process for booking an appointment online is cumbersome and complicated ALWAYS resulting in being informed there's no available appointments. Try calling and you'll get through to a very unhelpful secretary who lacks the skills to explain what triage means and isn't interested in trying to get people appointments. I think she's just as frustrated. The advice I get every time I've called is call 111. They might as well not be there if that's the level of service on offer. If Leatherhead intends to build more apartments in bull hill they're going to need to work very hard to improve the GP offerings. The manager should go visit Bournehall, Spring Street GP!

    Would echo the comments of the most recent posters. I have used Molebridge Practice since moving to Leatherhead over 12 years ago and the improvements to the service over the last couple of years has been incredible. Hats off to all involved.

    I joined as a new patient after moving to the area in March 2021. I have found the service to be extremely efficient. I have always been able to get an appointment and both the receptionists and the doctors have been friendly and professional.

    This practice has transformed its client care to a high standard since Dr James and Dr Ryan joined the team. Both doctors have done a lot to help me with my health issues and always gone above and beyond to help me. I am truly grateful for everything they do for me and my family. I think the could be the most kindest understanding human I think I have ever met! I must add that Kim and Lindley are also fantastic too! It’s a 5 star review from me

    I have to say that Molebridge has improved 100%. It did go slightly downhill for a short time but the receptionists have a much better attitude than over the previous few years and from a personal perspective, I think they are all doing a magnificent job under the circumstances. Those who criticise should maybe work there for a day or 2 and experience the huge pressure that these surgeries are under.

    Receptionist's act like they are the doctors bodyguards! You have to be dying to get to see the doctor and have to discuss everything including personal business with them first so they then decide if you can see a doctor! I don't want my personal issues discussed through out the waiting room before I get to see doctor! And they constantly complain they are understaffed and don't have time to do anything like print out letters etc took 3 weeks to get a letter for my benefits as doctors don't ring back when they say they will either I lost my benefits for 2 weeks as they wouldn't print my letter in time disgusting service and so rude if you dare to complain or ask to actually discuss my ailments with an actual doctor and not an unqualified receptionist! It's not my fault they are understaffed and stressed out! Why are they always middle-aged or older women that look like they are being forced to work there and are hating every minute they are in there!
