   AMAZING!!! I saw Stephanie in June and she has a fantastic amount of knowledge. She has been so kind. I have been given a diagnosis and a treatment plan to follow. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU SO MUCH STEPHANIE FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP - YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Just an update - saw Stephanie again after 3 months and saw the progress with photos of my hair before and after. Stephanie also sent me an email of the photos to show me. Now nearly 6 months since my first visit to Stephanie and WOW!! my hair is getting better every month. I am so grateful to you Stephanie - I followed everything you said and the difference is just amazing. "Thank you" So , so pleased I sought your help when I did.

   I would highly recommend Stephanie if you have any concerns about potential hair loss, she listened to all of my concerns, took a detailed history and spent time examining my scalp and explaining what she saw.    I had a consultation at Stephanie's clinic on the 22nd of April and I can highly recommend her clinic and services. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and how in-depth the consultation was . For context, I had a couple of previous not so nice experiences with a certain clinic in central London and was feeling a bit down on my luck in regards to hair clinics and getting good advice. For someone to take that level of care when diagnosing a hair condition was very impressive. We went into detail about diet, nutrients, family history, hair washing habits, health history, etc. It set my mind at ease to finally have a conclusive diagnosis and to be given steps to take to improve my condition. I look forward to follow up appointments to see how much progress has been made. Highly recommend, 5/5.

   I had two appointments with Stephanie. One in June, and a follow up in September. I will note that Stephanie was nice, and a good listener, and did give reassurance for the conditions she diagnosed and a treatment plan. However after the second appointment, I was supposed to recieve our discussion from her via a follow up report. A week passed, and I recieved nothing, so I emailed her and then another week passed and nothing. I emailed her then with a different email, just in case my original one was being dodgy, and no response. So now almost 3 months later, still no follow up at all for the 2nd appointment. I do believe that if I am paying £50 for a follow up session, I do want to get my full money's worth and have good communication as it's basic etiquette. So based on that, I will not be returning, and seeking further advice elsewhere.

   I had the most wonderful experience at Surrey Trichology Clinic! Stephanie was so knowledgeable and kind. She was able to diagnose my scalp condition within 20 minutes (no GP has ever been able to do that) and she not only pointed me towards the best topical treatments for it, but also helped me to address the route of the problem. Since seeing her my dry flaky scalp is no more and the build up of scale is completely gone! If you are sick and tired of being told that your dry scalp is "just something you have to deal with" or "a little bit of dandruff" then this is your sign to go and see Stephanie, you won't regret it!!

   I would highly recommend Stephanie services. I have been suffering from hair loss from a couple of years and it had been very depressing to see my hair coming out. After a lot of visits to the GP ,who continually said that my hair was fine and I had no issues I'd, I decided to go to Stephanie for reassurance and to find out what the underlying reasons for my hair loss was. I searched online and found Stephanie's website and reading the reviews I decided to give her a visit and I'm glad I did! During first appointment, Stephanie did detailed analysis of my health conditions and then examined my scalp. After 1.5 hours of the first appointment, I found out that my hypothyroidism ,along with a deficiency in important vitamins, and PCOS ,which was being neglected by the doctors ,had caused my hair to gradually thin over the years and I had female pattern baldness. Stephanie made a detailed plan as to the next steps and I have just started the plan and I'm hoping that in a few months my hair will at least stop to fall out. I've already recommended Stephanie to my friend who is also suffering from hair loss and it's not getting diagnosed . Also Stephanie is very pleasant person and friendly and I was completely at ease talking to her. Highly recommended!

   I found Stephanie after several unsuccessful treatments (with the GP and a private dermatologist) for alopecia. Her kind and sympathetic manner put me at ease and her diligent and considered diagnostic process alleviated a great deal of the stress that had been building up since my severe alopecia started. She even took the time to conduct additional medical research and forwarded me her findings with suggested dietary solutions. Much of my anxiety was caused by the uncertain prognosis of my condition and how one might deal with a worst-case scenario. By identifying the correct outcome, that I would lose all my hair and that the chances of it growing back was high (as it was alopecia areata incognita), this helped me to mentally prepare for what was to come. She also helped me through the process of practically dealing with hair loss; she helped me to choose a wig and she spent time fitting and cutting it so that I was comfortable with my purchase. My hair is growing back now and whilst I’m unsure what the initial cause was and what has caused my hair to grow back, Stephanie certainly helped me with my anxieties and with the practicalities of the condition. I would highly recommend Stephanie at Surrey Trichology Clinic.
