   I have been coming to Moira for some years. I had 2 consecutive bike collisions recently and was quite stuck in pain and spasms with my wrist, back, shoulder and neck. After 2 sessions I feel so much better. I highly recommend Moira as an Osteopath as she uses cupping, dry needling and manipulation. I will keep going til the healing is completed.

   A locked up shoulder muscle was causing a lot of referred pain in my upper back and neck area and I was anxious about it as did not know the cause. Moira instantly put me at ease with her calm competence and explained exactly what was wrong at my initial assessment. The work she did was very effective and I now feel as good as new with more awareness of how I manifest stress on my body and and habits/posture as a very tall person! I cannot recommend Moira and her expertise enough.
