   I want to thank doctor Jaroslaw Beta at the London clinic and the staff. I came with heartbreaking news after I have suffered my second miscarriage. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised when the doctor gave me not only all the answers to my many questions and offered helpful advice in future treatment but also kindly provided information for continuing care. And on top off that advices to get further care when NHS ( hospital doctors) has offered me none.

   My feedback is directed mainly at the clinic’s front-desk staff. I understand that anyone can have an worst day, but the receptionists seemed so preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves that they had neither the time to answer my questions about the clinic’s services nor to inform me about the one-hour delay. I don’t think this should happen, because although the doctor turned out to be highly professional, the experience still left an unpleasant aftertaste. I believe it would be helpful to show the ladies how their colleagues in Croydon handle their work.

   I had a consultation at Top Medical Clinic with Dr. Magdalena Fiolna (Gynaecologist) and was very impressed with the whole experience. The receptionist was extremely polite and kind, which made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Fiolna was outstanding – highly professional, with excellent communication and explanation skills. She took the time to listen and made everything clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you very much – I highly recommend this clinic!

   I visited for a hygiene appointment with the Dentist. The service was excellent and my teeth were health-checked, recommendations made, cleaned, and polished better than they ever have been before. For around 60 minutes service, it was £170. Receptionist was also friendly. I will go back.
