   I’ve been meaning to write a review for Willow Practice for ages but never did, me and my children have been with the practice for over 12 years and in these years, all the GPs have been really supportive and caring. In times when you hear everyone complaining about difficulties booking GP appointments, despite moving online for intial assessment before being able to see a GP, we’ve always been seen as quickly as possible, when we message online the GPs always respond very quickly. I feel really lucky to be under the care of such a caring and professional practice, am aware of all the challenges GP practice face but our practice have always found ways to navigate this. Thank you Dr Baum, Dr Tindall, Dr Inkesar and Dr Sebastian.

   First off ,it’s really hard to get an appointment here. And if you’re lucky enough to get one, make sure you’re not late , even by a little bit. If you oversleep or leave home late, they’ll make you wait until next month for another appointment . The receptionist really needs some proper training. I was only a little late and explained everything, but she didn’t care and just said the doctor wouldn’t see me. She was very rude and unhelpful. Mrs Ravjit, on the other hand, is very good ,kind, understanding, and professional. It’s a shame that someone so good has to work with such poor reception service.

   The GPs and personnel at the Willow Practice are professional, proficient and thoroughly knowledgeable. GPs address health concerns, be it in person or phone appointments or through online consultations, extremely efficiently. I feel you are being heard and comprehended and they will assist you to the best of their ability. I am deeply thankful for the compassion and patience they demonstrate and appreciative that I'm a patient at this practice.

   I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Dr Sophie Knight, who provided truly exceptional care during my recent GP appointment. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism. I was seen promptly, which in itself was a refreshing experience, but what truly stood out was Dr Knight’s manner, she was calm, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and with such politeness and clarity that I felt completely at ease and reassured throughout the consultation. Her genuine warmth and empathy were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to come across someone who not only excels clinically but also brings such humanity and sincerity to their role. Dr Knight made me feel heard, respected and cared for not just as a patient but as a person. The experience was so positive that my partner, who had been considering changing GP practices for some time, was inspired to make the switch and join this practice purely based on the outstanding service and care I received from Dr Knight. She is a true asset to the practice and a shining example of what compassionate healthcare should look like. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under her care and I hope this message conveys just how much her kindness and professionalism meant to me. Thank you, Dr Knight for making a real difference.    Dr Sudhan Roy, misdiagnosed me and said I had a life threatening condition and was angry at me for requesting a phone appointment. After mentioning the life threatening condition she then ended the phone abruptly. The service of Dr Sudhan Roy was unacceptable and appalling and I’m shocked a doctor like this can exist in this healthcare system. When she ended the phone on the abrupt note, it caused me to have a panic attack and pass out. Again, the treatment of her to me was unfair and she barely even listened to me, instead she was complaining about something that wasn’t related to any medical condition. I’ve passed out as well while writing this message. I hope they realise that this is not acceptable and I will make sure to get this in the local Hounslownian papers. If i could give 0 stars I would

   Thank you very much Dr Baum, for giving us our flu jabs today, and well done for vaccinating so many patients, you and Dr Roy must have worked very hard all day. Simon and I are fine, thankfully, our arms are a little sore which is to be expected. But I can honestly say that neither of us felt any pain at the time. I didn't even know that I'd had the jab! Thank you again.

   I caught covid 8 weeks ago. I went for my regular asthma review 4 weeks after I’d had covid and the nurse noticed my asthma was worse than it had been pre catching covid. I was given advice and another appointment to check on my asthma. Had my second review last week, I’m still having issues so they have arranged a change in medication and another appointment in 2 weeks to check. All appointments in person and I am being well monitored and cared for. Throughout the pandemic myself, my children and especially my parents have had excellent care. Always got an appointment when needed. The care my father received was excellent up until he passed away, and the kindness towards us after was much appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough. All the staff there are brilliant.
