   I have been to Harrow osteopathic for over 4months. I would recommend purchase a package of 5 to more sessions as you would save money. Treatment is thorough I had a shoulder pain for years and I managed to regain so much more mobility and the chronic pain disappeared. You would receive a loads of advices of exercices to do home and I recommend to be rigorous as it helps with recovery.

   I had contacted Zahir as I was having some knee pain due to overriding a few weeks back on my cycle. Importantly I had to put my London to Brighton bike ride training on hold to recover my knee pain and with the help of Zahir I managed to reach Brighton with no knee pain Zahir was very patient. I had taken a few sessions with him and his explanation and excercise helped me focus to get back to my goal I would highly recommend his services
