Truly happy with my results. I have pcos and excessive hair growth, Marwa is very honest and sweet, she explained 6 sessions might not be enough because is not predictable with pcos but I’m so shocked with my results. coming back for maintenance sessions soon she advise me after 3/4 months. Marwa is very good at what she does. She is very honest about what best treatment is good for your skin. My skin has improved a LOT since I started doing her Microneedling and Oxygeneo (two of my faves) and of course, to die for, her laser treatment. I always love coming to her clinic. The atmosphere is very clean, welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended!!!
Horrible customer service. After doing multiple sessions of laser hair removal. I still had hair growing back IN NO TIME and wanted to follow up with the very "professional" laser technician, Marwa. And even ask to shift our next session to an earlier date due to the unexpected hair growth. And she completely ignored me, not answering phone calls nor messages and just disappeared. This is the way of treating a client who comes in paying a fortune for such a service. They completely ignore you and leave you hanging like that. Horrible. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL.
Amazing service from Marwa , she is always hardworking and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable..... It was very professional from the start, she is very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend anyone to go and visit. I did my hair removal full package and I am very satisfied. I also had a facial cleansing session and I felt really good, Marwa made me feel very relaxed.
Had a very lovely experience. Marwa was recommended by a close friend and I'm glad she did cos I loved my facial! My skin felt very clean and soft after! She explains every procedure very well and make sure you're comfortable. Place is also nice and clean, very relaxing. Recommended products that you only really need.
