   Very poor customer service even if you are just enquiring about an information. The receptionist couldn't allow my daughter to ask her question. She was ruding interrupted 3 times by the receptionist. The Chessington Park Surgery is designated as one of the Yellow Fever Certificate Centre on the Internet and they have no idea about one of their functions. What a shame.

   I’ve been using this doctor’s surgery for five years now and have consistently received excellent care every time I’ve needed their services. For example, yesterday I filled out the online form, and within five minutes they called me to offer a same-day appointment. This level of responsiveness has happened several times before. I truly cannot fault the surgery—the reception staff always go above and beyond to accommodate patients. Thank you.

   I love this doctors practice, they are so kind and always do everything they can to help. Dr Avellini is absolutely brilliant and I am so blessed to have such a wonderful doctor. I can't rate her or CPS highly enough. : )

   Impossible to get through on the phone. And when you do fill out the online application form for a doctors appointment it can take up to 2 days for them to reply, just for them to say: go to the pharmacy, as if that wasn't the first thing I did. Since they've stopped taking phone calls it's gone completely down hill.

   I would like to say thank you to Dr Avellini. She was so kind and made sure i was well informed. I got upset and she was absolutely amazing. Honestly the best doctor I could ask for. I feel this surgery actually listens and takes me seriously. I could not recommend enough!

   I never normally write reviews like this but to be honest if I could give zero stars I would ! For your own safety find another GP practice, reception is rude & aggressive, some of the doctors really couldn’t careless, just interested in referring because they are not interested and so here I am not slept in weeks, in excruciating pain, unable to walk at the mercy of the NHS waiting times…. Suffering pain that if I was an animal a vet would have treated with care ! Maybe I should register at a vets because :- 1, you get an appointment 2, reception staff actually care and are not there for just a pay cheque 3, level of care is impeccable 4, they never leave an animal suffering in pain for months awaiting for a hospital appointment Oh and before I sign off, you say you have zero tolerance for patients being aggressive towards staff, maybe you should think about your staff being aggressive towards patients, who are in pain, high risk and vulnerable!!!

   Excellent team of GP's especially, Dr Kumar & Dr Alden and Nurses like Stella et al. Call in at 8am on the day you want an appt, the phone system tells you the place you are in the call queue and updates throughout. Depending on demand, expect a 5/10min wait (be patient). Appts allocated on a first come first served basis which is fair/safe, call early though as most slots are usually gone by around 8:25am. If you can't phone in, be proactive and let the reception staff know, they will sort you out. Currently, most appts with Dr are via phone consultation, works fine, is safer, and saves hassle of going in to surgery/waiting (Surgery is open if you need a face-to-face). Huge accessible car park at rear for easy, free parking and K4 Bus stop right outside the surgery. NHS is under a lot of pressure due to COVID and the Pandemic, so v.grateful to have a team of caring medical professionals nearby at Chessington Park Surgery.
