   Unbelievable receptionist staff. We arrived at 12:45 for our appointment, waited for 30 minutes and as stated on the picture “if you’ve been waiting 30 minutes to inform the receptionist”. My sister did this, and unfortunately the lady working (Asian lady) called security on my sister. Bare in mind you have cameras all around the waiting area and walk in part so this will clear she went to ask about the wait time and to find out how long until I would be seen as she had another appointment she needed me to go with her to as she gets very bad anxiety. My sister even had to ask the lady to not argue with her as there was no need to when asking a question. There was absolutely no need for security to be called. The lady claimed she felt threatened? By two young girls sitting down waiting. When I’ve come out of my appointment I went and asked the desk for her name to which the other lady did not provide and both went and hid in another room. I stood for around 10 minutes being ignored by all your receptionist. This is extremely unprofessional and we will be making a formal complaint. As a receptionist it is your job to provide help to patients waiting, if your unable to deal with questions and patient then you are definitely in the wrong job. My sister ended up not going to her appointment because of the anxiety and stress she was caused by this. Her treatment is very important and she spoke with that team about this. Very very unprofessional.

   Worst clinic in the world. You have a appoinment and they make you wait ages after the time. The results take a hefty 10 days. Then they told me all was fine and I went to another clinic the day after this one who got back to me quicker then this clinic saying I needed treatment. Days later this coming phones saying all tests where fine????? Ridiculous. Once they even said I have to redo the tests as they got destroyed. Complete and utter joke.

   The most amazing kind staff I have ever experienced in any NHS facility. I came in for a difficult coil removal and was quite nervous. My nurse Amanda and doctor Sara were the most kind, caring, patient and assuring people who turned a scary experience into something bearable. Without their knowledge, assurance and patience I doubt I could have gone through with it. They are an asset to the other women who come see them. Thank you so much.

   My wife had the contraceptive implant, it was all good, the nurse was very kind and she felt nothing at all, but after 3 weeks we did a pregnancy test and the result was POSITIVE. We went back to remove the Implant, but before that my wife asked them to do the test again to make sure she was pregnant or not, but for some reason they didn’t even made the test again, just removed the implant straight away… Now i just found out she is not pregnant by a blood test… We spoke to Flora, she was quite rude to me, didn’t let me stay with my wife, so she had to beg Flora to call me, i dont fking know what she was thinking since she knew it i was her husband. Anyways, the staff in general are very kind by i DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE to have a contraceptive implant with them, now my wife is not pregnant and she doesn’t have the implant neither, just a waste of time…

   Every single member of staff here are absolutely lovely! Been going here for the last 2 years for female contraception, and had my contraceptive implant done here. Have never had a bad experience, and the staff are beyond brilliant. I was terrified to get my implant but the nurse was so kind and put me at ease.
