Restricted GP access, not what the government requires! Under NHS policy from October 2025, GP practices in England are supposed to keep online consultation tools open throughout core working hours so patients can request appointments and advice at any time during the day (not just first thing in the morning, to avoid the 8am or Monday morning scramble). However, this surgery routinely closes online appointment and eConsult submissions once its own internal quota is reached, at an arbitrary point during the day. This effectively shuts patients out before the end of core hours and goes against the government’s access requirements. Patients are not informed in advance when online access will close. Restricting digital access like this is neither transparent nor convenient, and it is not aligned with current NHS access policy. The result is a system designed to fail anyone who is working, has caring responsibilities, or is unable to submit an eConsult first thing in the morning, leaving many patients without a fair opportunity to get the care they need. Also, they still don’t allow to book appointments via the NHS app either. It’s really not the COVID era any longer! It’s a shame because the Doctors and nurses themselves are great, and this ruthless uncaring system lets this Surgery practice down in a massive way (and my rating reflects only the admin system rather than the medical staff)

I did live in several different cities in the country since 2019, but this is the first time I do feel how lucky I am with them. Absolutely professional, kind and very helpful everyone. Not really easy to impress me, but they could manage and reorganise tasks very smoothly and quickly. Thank you.

I cannot thank this practice enough, especially Dr Ibrahim Alisa, whose quick thinking and exceptional clinical judgment quite literally saved my son’s life. My son, has always been a very healthy, active boy- he trains regularly in boxing and Muay Thai, rarely ever gets ill and hardly ever needs to see a doctor. When he suddenly seemed slightly weak on one side, I brought him in for a routine check up. Dr Alisa examined him carefully and immediately recognised that something was seriously wrong, even though the symptoms were very subtle. He told us firmly not to go home or back to school and to go straight to hospital. We followed his advice, and within hours my son was diagnosed with a large cystic brain tumour and taken for emergency neurosurgery. Every doctor and nurse we met afterwards asked, “Who is your GP?” and said how incredible it was that he picked it up so quickly. They made it clear that his decision prevented a potentially catastrophic outcome. As a mother, I will be forever grateful. This practice is outstanding, and Dr Alisa’s professionalism, instinct, and compassion made all the difference when every minute mattered. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I brought my brother for a blood test today. Even though we arrived late because of heavy traffic, the team at the surgery couldn't have been nicer. They were so kind, patient, and understanding. It made a stressful situation much better. Fantastic service from a very professional and caring team! And the guy named Divid was fantastic and very professional.

I have used the online econsult on many occasions and I have even gone in for an in person visit to the GP. - Every GP I interact with is super professional and nice - All the GPs always answer my follow up questions whether it’s on the phone or in person they never rush you!! - This feels like a private clinic the quality of service is of that level - They are very responsive online and immediately do their best to call you back after the econsult / a real modern surgery which has digitised and make use of online apps and facilities No wonder the CQC rates them good For an NHS surgery this is pretty good - as with all surgeries you need to be sharp and submit your concerns at 8am the earlier the better. They also have an in house nurse that can carry out tests ecgs and blood tests. For local GP NHS practice this is good! Not excellent but good. special thanks to Dr Susruthan also Dr Rigg and Dr Alex all brilliant!!

We were sent here by Northfields Surgery as they do not have the ability to do blood tests for children. We had been exposed to a large amount of lead so needed urgent tests as lead poisoning can be very serious, particularly with children. We were given a same day time which is a challenge given demand on primary care services. David then did my 5 year old daughter’s blood test. She was petrified but he was magnificent. He made her smile, helped her relax and guided her through the process. She did the test and was most proud of herself. Thank you to the surgery for fitting us in. Particularly big thanks to David for his manner, kindness and skill. He also did my blood while there to save me having to go back to Northfields and wait again for my test. What an asset David is to your with surgery and to us as patients.

The female doctor I had my appointment with was rude and not a pleasant person at all! Both nurses I had interacted with were wonderful. Sarah did my first ever smear test and she was an absolute dream, funny kind and knowledgeable. I don’t know the other nurse’s name but she was petite and eastern European I think. The reception staff is also very kind. Thank you!l for being kind!

Service is getting a lot worse compare with few years ago. Extremely hard to have a face to face appointment. How possible a doctor could provides proper diagnosis without seeing patients. Also Sangita from reception provides appalling service. Not giving doctor's diagnosis conclusion, not asking choices of pharmacies to pick up the medicine. Impatient and rude. Not trying to help the patient yet rather cause more difficulties. Very disappointed to see a practice that I have been to for more than 20 years is now becoming a careless and cold place.

I was referred here today for a blood test for my 3.5 year old. I had been dreading it but was very impressed with the clinic. His appointment was exactly on time and David was amazing with my son. I have never seen a blood draw taken so quickly and gently. No tears, great bedside manner, and basically zero waiting around time.
