Unfortunately I can't give a zero rating, do have to give a 1. This surgery has absolutely disgraceful reception staff, completely unhelpfull, they often make you feel as if they don't want you there. This needs urgent attention, front facing staff are a vital part of the care process

Fantastic reception staff dealing with a busy surgery and some difficult and unpleasant situations. Incredible doctors, nurses and medical staff working long hours and serving the community. Olga in reception was extremely helpful and thanks to her we really got seen to immediately and she also helped with our prescription. Dr Khan was fantastic and found the way forward to my wife's headache quickly

it's an indecency! an empty clinic and they made me wait 1 hour to let me know if it was possible to make an emergency visit for a child with a high fever... and then replied that I could go after 2 days with the reservation. the practice should close at 6.30, I was there from 3.45, 2 doctors were already leaving at 4.20. you have no professional ethics or even empathy for this job. you are to be reported

I recently had a terrible experience at this GP practice. Not only did they cancel my appointment last minute, but when I finally did get in for an appointment, no one seemed to know why I was there or what I was supposed to be seen for. To make matters worse, my file could not be found in their system. And when I was finally able to get a blood test, it turns out it wasn't even checked for the issue it was supposed to be for, so I had to come back and do the same test again. This lack of organization and communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this GP practice to anyone.

My recent visit to Grosvenor House Surgery left me with a mixed impression. The building appeared outdated and in need of some significant updates. It was clear that the facilities had not received proper maintenance and investment for quite some time. One of the first things I noticed was the lack of automatic doors, making access to the surgery less convenient, especially during cold/wet days. The main entrance, in particular, seemed to be a slide door that allowed a noticeable draft, and it required manual closing, which could be quite challenging due to its weight. This could be especially uncomfortable for patients during the colder months. Additionally, the door to the pharmacy utilized a pull-out mechanism that was not wheelchair-friendly. Given the presence of individuals with various medical conditions and concerns about the transfer of viruses through surface contact, these door handles raised hygienic concerns, which become even more crucial after the woke of the COVID-19 pandemic. Inside the waiting room of the surgery, an odd placement caught my attention—a tensiometer placed in the middle of the room, whose purpose was unclear. It was uncertain whether it was intended for patients to use or for clinicians. The pharmacy also seemed disorganized, with delivery boxes strewn about and a counter that appeared inadequately replenished. During a visit for a blood test, I was surprised to find that there was no armrest available. Instead, I had to lay my arm on an office desk cluttered with a computer, paperwork, and other office materials. This arrangement struck me as unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients. And lets not even talk about the prospect of getting a smear test done there… it’s far from the modern standards we expect today. Furthermore, the private room within the pharmacy, originally meant for consultations, appeared to have been repurposed as a stock and staff room, completed with a microwave. This change in usage might inconvenience patients seeking private discussions or consultations. Lastly, there was an unusual metal sliding gate between the pharmacy and the surgery, which seemed intended to separate the two areas at the end of the day. However, it appeared to be permanently closed and haphazardly covered with a plastic sheet. This gave an impression of a neglected and inefficient facility management system. In conclusion, my visit to Grosvenor House Surgery revealed a range of issues related to the building's infrastructure, organization, and overall upkeep. Addressing these concerns and modernizing the facilities would undoubtedly improve the overall experience for both patients and staff.

I have been with this GP for the past 9 years. They used to be so much better especially with the walk in service, at least you knew YOU can be seen by someone. Since Covid seems like they go even more downhill. Unable to book appointment. When you finally book it and wait weeks had to rebook it but I couldn't.Unable to cancel appointment (called 5 times) as I had an emergency with my car. Then another 2 weeks to get a telephone appointment, which lasted for 15 minutes and I was told I will be called in few days to book for blood tests and for breast and Guess what? Never happened. 2 more weeks I get sick. Did not bother to go to them, I simply requested a sick note for work from the beginning when I felt sick as I knew it will take ages. Guess what? Did I get it? No. Was told I will be getting it by Tues ( few days later) never happen. Tried to get them on the phone to chase it Unable to get them. When I finally did, the lady was lovely but now I am extremely angry and upset. Tells me initially that I never requested a sick note, then she finally find it and NO ONE dealt with it. I am explaining to her that I can be kicked out of work ( Civil Service) if I do not get it and no one could be bothered to even check their tabs. Seriously. Unbelievable. No wonder A&E are so busy everywhere. Pointless to have GP in this country if this is how you are being treated. Already told them as soon as I am getting my sick note I will change GP. Really dissapointed. In 4 years I haven't asked for 1 thing from them and when I got a problem takes me 2 months to chase it. Better close it down.

The behaviour of the staff is disgusting, pregnant lady on reception (angie?) is terrible. Unless you are white or Asian she is cold, dismissive and insists on sending you away for a telephone consultation only. I watched her book appointments for other patients without question, then quizzed me as to why i need the doctor. She did the same thing twice more when I've been in, to me and another black man. On a diferent occasion i spoke to another lady, with a hijab, who was 10/10 helpful and professional. I came here for help with serious symptoms. After doing tests and having no answers I came back again, explained my worries to the GP and he laughed. I'm sat there and he laughed in my face. Dr Dasoju is literally the worst medical professional I've ever had to deal with. I'd rather die in a ditch then step foot in there again.

Unable to get through to the admin team. I keep receiving text messages telling me I have an appointment which I have not asked for - I live 200 miles away from the practice. Somebody will be missing an appointment every time I receive one. An excellent way of wasting valuable resources and NHS money. No doubt the surgery still gets paid for the appointment! if the practice managers read this, you can contact me directly - the last appointment you created for me is for 10:10hrs on the 20th of October.

This has been my GP for over 20 years now but it’s slowly become worse!! Especially when it comes to telephone appointments they always say yes someone will call and I can vouch that for every telephone appointment I’ve had it’s me calling them to chase! Not them calling me to discuss things. The receptionist people are nice apart from one lady.. she’s new and sounds like she hates talking to people, you pray that when they answer the phone that you don’t get her and you usually get nowhere!

Very rude receptionist they hanged up on me. They don’t answer their phone and keep you on hold for 45 minutes and when they do answer the response is always very unprofessional and unhelpful. I am going to complain to CCG they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. On one occasion they cancelled my appointment and told me they will call me back to reboot but I never received a call.
