   I booked an appointment for a flu jab at 16:50 today. The pharmacy is supposed to close at 16:00 so I went in as I didn't want to turn up for an appointment after it had closed. They said there was no vaccine left and that it was first come, first served. Also, they cannot give it after 15:30 apparently due to paperwork. Rubbish service, waste of time and not even a sorry for the inconvenience.

   This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The staff are unbelievably rude and dismissive - instead of offering help or answering simple questions, they speak behind customers backs and make you feel like you’re wasting their time. To make matters worse, they booked me in for a vaccination and then cancelled over the phone the day before my appointment, showing complete disregard for my time and planning. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful service. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

   Excellent all round service, I came to miles about 5 years ago and have a lot of experience of many chemist's in my area. I was so pleased to find a chemist's in this day and age that upholds customer values and still can offer advice and help to the individual despite being busy they are always fast and efficient and prepared to go the extra mile in tailoring themselves to your needs a brilliant service, they are great, lovely staff a pleasure to use

   Fourth time I have used at Miles Pharmacy for a Fit to Fly PCR. I am impressed by the service and would continue to use Miles Pharmacy. There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. This is exactly the sort of service one wants from a local Pharmacist, thank you Miles Pharmacy.
