   First come first Jihye is a fantastic caring person that is interested in your health and has so much knowledge in order to help. I came to see her as a last attempt to help my daughter with her acute asthma. After my daughter has been treated like a guinea pig for the last 11 years by NHS with no control over her asthma I have realised that big pharma won't do anything about this situation. Let me just explain how bad it was before seeing Jihye. She will have a asthma attack or episode EVERY night followed by temperature and infection which means antibiotics on almost weekly basses. She was almost depressed and had no trust in NHS and nor did I. Her attendance at school was 65%. She was missing out on life! I have come to see Jihye on the 5th of Feb 2025 to explain the situation. She was very attentive and understood me as a mother. She has prescribed some herbal medicine for my daughter. On the 6th I rang her at 8 am baring in mind she does not open until 10 and she picked up. I told her my daughter has temperature and she advised me on how to manage her temperature. After the 6th since being in her care my daughter is not on any pumps, is not coughing when running or on PE days, she is not coughing in general, the humid weather does not trigger her any longer for asthmatic episodes. We were able to bring her swimming without her ending up poorly and on antibiotics, she has colour in her cheeks!! This woman has saved my daughter and her quality of life! We are all under her wing as a family now. And before anyone thinks they can't afford it please think again! The cherry on the cake for me is that she always checks on my daughter with a text to see how she feels. Whoever experience this with their loved ones can simpitize that it can be quite a lonely place you will find yourself in, but the constant checks from Jihye had me feeling I've had someone by my side and confirmed to me that she's genuinely interested in making my daughter better! Thank you for everything you do for us! The world needs more people like you!

   I am SO GLAD I found Jihye in New Malden. After my first session, all the tensions and stifness that I have been dealing with for 3 years were gone. It's nothing short of a miracle for me! I can now sleep well, wake up with no stifness and can move so much easily. I have tried many things but this was the most effective. Jihye also gave me good advices and listened carefully. I highly recommend her and will be going again in the future for any ailments.

   Jihye is a very talented acupuncturist and healer. She has a holistic approach and so also considers mental well being in your treatment as well as suggesting other supplements. Her practice is wonderful - not clinical or intimidating at all and that was so important for me as it was my first acupuncture experience. The warmth in the room and lovely music helped me feel completely at ease. I am so happy to say that after just three sessions the pain I was in went completely! This is amazing since i have been suffering with it for 18 months and tried everything! I recommend her wholeheartedly and I won’t hesitate to go back if I need help again.

Moving to a new residence and a big move, there were big and small difficulties in my body, but I was able to overcome them with the help of an oriental doctor. Her acupuncture is delicate and effective. I receive complete relaxation and stability with each treatment. While living in London, I plan to get a lot of help from JIHYE Oriental Clinic.

   The atmosphere in the clinic is calm and lovely. Jihye is an excellent accupunture therapist. I usually visit her for my shoulder and neck pain and I get an instant relief from stiff muscles. My mom also visited her a few times for knee pain relief. Excellent and professional service. I would highly recommend her !
