It was the worst experience for My Baby 1 year old!! The nurse of the vaccine gave him the dose in a rude manner and did not say a single word to him. She was rude and racist with us, and she did not like me asking about any details!! I will definitely leave this GB!!
This surgery has become truly awful over the past few years. I have been with the practice for nearly 30 years but my recent experiences have left me with no choice now but to seek an alternative. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Had my first appointment today. Impressive service. Very kind and professional staff. Good communication and helpful text remainders. Nice, very clean and conveniently located place. Feels more like home than a medical institution. Quiet and cosy. Calming colours, lights and no bad smell. Highly recommended.
This pic describes the way reception is run. Receptionist will shout at you - is unprofessional and rude and a gatekeeper because she has worked there for "15 years" and don't you dare ask for anything. She makes the rules. Staff are ok and do accommodate eventually when you get to see them - but this woman should have been fired years ago. She really does them no justice and needs to move on, to put it lightly. AVOID.
The overall service is quite good, whereas some of the staffs really has improper value and some of my friends has come across with discrimination. And some wrong information given. Very contradiction information given and make the patients feel very bad and no willing to take care of patients. No mercy to the patients.
Lovely caring and efficient Reception Staff. Doctors available for a longer consultation anytime. Just let them know. Ringing at 8am and using ringback invariably gets you a same day appointment. Personal attendance does get you seen to, just be patient. The Surgery has an extremely efficient Web presence for which you are issued a Userid and a one-off password to allow you to check medications, order repeats, order one offs, or look at your records. Extremely useful. I have been a Client of this Surgery going on 20 years and have never had any cause to make a complaint.
Ive been registered at this GP for two years and have always been able to get an appointment within a week! Often I am offered an appointment on the same day. The receptionists are really helpful and discreet and the doctors and nurses listen and take your complaints seriously. Thank you!
I wanted to update you regarding the feedback from M Tomcalova. The information provided is factually incorrect. Google will not take the information down so we hope that you read this review. We are a highly rated practice and you are able to see from our patient experience surveys for 2017 that the majority of our patients highly rate the services that we provide at the Practice. We have robust complaints practice for patients for when they feel our service falls below standard. We would very much encourage this patient to contact us either verbally or in writing and we could of investigated in detail their concerns.
Not happy at all with this surgery; always treated us on a rush and very superficially. My son had a series of migraines and they didn't even consult him properly to check his throat, ears or balance to start with, not even sure they listened to me when I was talking. Instead of trying to investigate and find the problems they asked to make a graph at home and come back in 2 weeks time. After 3 consultations on the same issue I almost begged them to give me a referral to a specialist. So happy I'm not their patient anymore.
