   Cannot recommend CMC enough. I have visited the practice four times in the last 3 months, for various different issues. I have always been seen on time, the practice is extremely clean, the reception staff are extremely helpful and the Drs are very knowledgeable, reassuring, kind, respectful and supportive. Will definitely continued to use their services indefinitely!

   For the past few years I've had my ear syringed here as it was close to my work and home. The cost was £30, only takes a few minutes with a nurse. I needed to book an appointment as I had a blocked ear. Was told the cost is now £130 !! An increase of 400% . I questioned this rediculous increase and was told the syringing now last longer... WHAT ? .. Once your ear has been cleaned that's it , what a load of rubbish and outrageous over pricing. Absolutely disgusting when you show your loyalty to a private practice like this and in return they take advantage when you are in need of help. Because I said " wax is wax, once removed the job is done , they hung up me. After 4 years of being a patient. I'd never go back there . I note they're reply : no mention of the unprofessional behaviour by hanging up ? Clearly if there was confusion, perhaps sort out your training.

   I have been to CMC on many occasions and have always been greeted in a friendly manner by the staff who have all been courteous and kind. Nothing is too great a task for them and they do everything to they can to give their patients the best care that they can. The consultant I see there is more than brilliant. I've been seeing him for years in various hospitals and clinics and much prefer to see him here at CMC. They are all so accommodating not just for their patients but they consultants too. On my last visit, I had a very painful and unplanned procedure and the staff were fantastic. They did everything they could and more to make me comfortable. I started to feel dizzy afterwards so after an appropriate risk assessment, they allowed me to remove my mask so that I could recover more effectively. Mask wearing is important but when masks are not worn for whatever reason there is always safe distancing and screens available so I have no doubt that anyone exempted from wearing a mask is as safe as practicable. There is a great camaraderie about the staff and you can see clearly that they all work well together. There isn't one unhappy face I have seen yet. Great work CMC and thank you for always looking after me so well.

   I've just had an appt at CMC for my Fit to Fly Covid travel certificates. The staff are always very professional and friendly, and they adhere to all covid guidelines and precautions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

   Over the last four years, I have had to undergo a series of sports related operations, ranging from achilles to repair of elbow tendons. Every time, my first port of call has been Amanda Nathan and the amazing staff at CMC. They have sorted all manner of scans, consultations and operations including liaising with my insurance company. The aftercare with regular physio has enabled me to maintain my status as a finely tuned athlete. Thank you all at CMC

The team led by Amanda Nathan could not do enough to ensure all my medical needs were attended with utmost professionalism.    As usual you can always count on Centennial Medical Care. You can count on them for finding you an appointment right at the last minute when you really need one, you can count on them for their ability to make you feel like you're a person not just 'another' patient, you can count on them to make you feel calm, when you're feeling unwell, not only with the clean and comfortable surroundings of the building, but also with all members of staff. Every person at CMC, from the welcoming reception team, pharmacists, nurses, Dr's and consultants, have one goal to make you, or a loved one feel better as swiftly as possible, in the nicest way possible. As a mother of 5 knowing I don't have to go to a separate Dr to get a referral, drive up to town to see specialists, or to get blood tests, that everything is under one roof is of great comfort to me. If anyone has experienced anything of the contrary, then all I can say is to tell the staff what you need in terms of care, and you'll be given it. Plus I can tell they were all smiling under their masks!!
